Free Thirty (30) Day Prescription Exchange
If your doctor requires a change in your prescription during the first thirty (30) days after receiving your new eyewear, C&B Optical One will replace your lenses (same as originally purchased) at no charge. After the first thirty (30) days, restrictions/limitations may apply.
Extend Your Coverage With Our Eyewear Protection Plan
When you purchase a C&B Optical One Eyewear Protection Plan for your new eyewear it provides you with peace of mind in case something “bad” happens to your eyewear.
When we say something “bad” happens to your eyewear, we mean any and all of the following:
- You step on them
- Your dog chews them up
- You run over them with the car
- You sit on them
- They “melted” on the dashboard of your car
- Your child runs over them with their bike
- Or any of the hundreds of other “bad” things that can happen to your new eyewear
Q. What will your C&B Optical One Eyewear Protection Plan cover when “bad” things happen?
A. We will repair or replace, at our option, your frames, lenses, or coatings (same price), at no cost to you, so your eyewear is in the same condition as the first day you purchased them.
Q. What does the Eyewear Protection Plan not cover?
A. Only loss. You must bring in the “parts and pieces” (at least enough so we can recognize them as what you purchased) in order for the Eyewear Protection Plan to be valid. Other than complete loss, virtually everything else is covered.
Q. What if you don’t purchase the Eyewear Protection Plan today, but decide later to do so?
A. You have thirty (30) days from the date we delivered your new eyewear to purchase an Eyewear Protection Plan, but this must be prior to any “bad” things
happening. If, for example, you purchase a plan thirty (30) days
after you purchase your eyewear, you will receive eleven (11) months
of Plan coverage.
Q. How much does an Eyewear Protection Plan cost?
A. Only $29.95 for one year.
